Tree Climber Hat by The Sweater Collective

Here in the Southern Hemisphere, we’re heading into winter, and what better way to get cozy than by indulging in rich cable textures! I designed this hat whilst dreaming of walking through snow-speckled woods, and it’s sure to keep you warm on your adventures too.

SIZE

One size (customizable)

Sample: 50cm (19 ¾“) circumference, relaxed after blocking, fits head circumference 49–59cm (19 ¼–23 ¼”); 21cm (8 ¼“) long

YARN

DK weight yarn. For optimal results, the use of a non-superwash yarn is recommended.

Approximately 75g (150m {164yds}) for hat, and approximately 20g (40m {44yds}) for pom pom. (materials depends on length of the hat)

NEEDLES & NOTIONS

3.75mm (US 5), at least 100cm (40”) length circular needle, double-pointed needles or short 40cm (16”) circular needle, or size to obtain gauge
