Shipping policy

We ship domestically and worldwide with Royal Mail. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Packages are sent out Tuesday - Friday (except Bank Holidays). We do our best to post your order as soon as possible - usually the same day. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order leaves us.

UK CUSTOMERS

All orders are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 (2-3 working days). You will have option to choose at check out. All envelope sized items are sent via Tracked 48 service.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail and charges are based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Customers in Europe have the option for tracked or standard service. Service to Canada and the United States is tracked. The delivery times are approximately the same whether tracked or not.

Europe: orders usually arrive within 3 - 7 working days

Rest of the World: orders usually arrive within 5 - 7 working days

EU Customers – as we are shipping from Northern Ireland, we are in a unique position post-Brexit to still ship to you without incurring extra customs charges. Huzzah!

US Customers - shipments are sent via DDP (delivered dutied paid) service and the appropriate duties will be calculated at checkout. 

Orders shipped outside of the UK and EU may be liable to taxes, duties and/or customs charges. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.
