Økologisk Sommeruld is a 4-ply weight blend of organic merino wool and cotton with a lightness and softness that is particularly suitable for baby and children’s clothes. The combination of merino wool and cotton provides a delicate alternative to 100% wool and can be used for summer tops, t-shirts and blouses, without getting too warm, but often warm enough for the often cool Nordic summers.
The fibers are spun into a classic three-strand raw white base wool yarn which is subsequently dyed with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® approved colors for the unique colors made especially for CaMaRose. This yarn is processed and spun exclusively for CaMaRose from 100% organic fibers by their European producer who produces with the environment, animal welfare, health, working conditions, sustainability and quality in mind.
